Initial Research for Transient and Stable Expression of Human Neurotrophin-3 in Mammalian Cells
Human neurotrophin 3 (hNT 3) cDNA encoding preproNT 3 was inserted into pcDNA3, an eukaryocyte expression vector. The reconstituted plasmid was expressed in COS 7 cell transiently and CHO cell steadily. Tested by dorsal root ganglion of rat spinal cord, the product could promote the outgrowth of the neurite obviously.
