    Mechanism Modeling and Parameter Estimation of Conversion Rate in Methanol Synthesis Tower Based on Improved Wolf Pack Algorithm

    • Aiming at the methanol synthesis column,this work establishes the soft sensor mechanism model of methanol conversion by analyzing the reaction mechanism of methanol synthesis.In order to improve the estimation precision of model parameters,an improved wolf pack algorithm is proposed,which integrates the concept of historical subprime and tabu search mechanism.Simulation results show that the improved algorithm has better global search ability than the basic algorithm.And then,by taking the actual running data of one methanol synthesis column as the sample,the model parameters of methanol conversion is estimated via the improved wolf pack algorithm.Compared with basic wolf pack algorithm,the improved algorithm can achieve higher accuracy and predict the methanol conversion exactly.
