    Mathematical Model and Control Scheme Design for the PTA Slurry Preparation of PET Plant

    • 摘要: 针对聚酯装置中精对苯二甲酸(PTA)浆料调制问题,对浆料在酯化釜中的酯化反应过程进行机理建模与验证。通过对PTA浆料调制过程控制进行分析,设计了一种PTA浆料密度与PTA粉末和乙二醇(EG)混合液进料量为控制变量的串级比值控制系统。在此基础上,结合工艺分析,引入温度变量对PTA浆料密度与摩尔比关系式进行了修正,提高了控制精度。该设计方案对改进聚酯生产过程控制、提高聚酯产品质量具有指导意义。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of PTA slurry preparation in PET plant, this paper considers the modeling of esterification reaction procedure, and proposes a cascade ratio control strategy, in which the density of PTA slurry and the amount of EG mixture are chosen as control variables. Besides, temperature variable is utilized to modify the PTA slurry density and molar formula. The proposed method in this paper may benefit the improvement of the polyester production process control and the quality of polyester products.
