    化学沉积法制备无序多壁碳纳米管

    Non-aligned Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes Produced by Chemical Vapor Deposition

    • 摘要: 将硝酸铁溶液与正硅酸乙酯混合,用溶胶-凝胶法制备出Fe/SiO2粉状物作为催化剂,用化学沉积法裂解乙炔制备出无序多壁碳纳米管。扫描电子显微镜照片和透射电子显微镜照片显示碳纳米管相互缠绕,管径均匀,外径在9~13nm左右。热重分析估计粗产品中碳纳米管的含量大约为50%,用XRD分析表明用此法制备的碳纳米管的石墨化程度比较高。
