    • 摘要: 壳聚糖(CTS)是一种碱性多糖,其氨基能结合溶液中的质子,形成的铵正离子与羰基发生希夫碱反应,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)是一种良好的吸湿材料,二氧化锰可以催化甲醛发生化学反应。以CTS和CMC为基质,同时复合一定量无机盐(K2CO3),在外层包裹二氧化锰得到功能材料。30 g的功能材料可以将0.08 m3密闭环境箱内初始质量浓度为1 000 μg/m3的甲醛在24 h内降至216 μg/m3,连续使用3次吸附效果明显。在70%湿度下吸湿量达45%,且吸湿后的功能材料吸附效果更好。

       

      Abstract: Chitosan(CTS) is an alkaline polysaccharide, whose aminogroup combined with proton in solution can form ammonium cations, which can take Schiff base reaction with carbonyl. Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) is a good matrix to absorb water. Selecting CTS and CMC as matrix, adding into some inorganic salt K2CO3 and coating MnO2 outside to get the functional material. 30 g material can degrade the concentration of formaldehyde from 1 000 μg/m3 to 216 μg/m3 in a 0.08 m3 box during 24 h,and the material can be used 3 times or more. The material exhibits very good moisture absorption under a high humidity(70%RH), can reach up to 45%. Its absorption of water can improve the effect of formaldehyde absorption.
