    Study of Flue Gas Desulfurization by Contained Liquid Membrane

    • 摘要: 研究了以柠檬酸钠,亚硫酸钠,亚硫酸氢钠溶液为膜液,不同的膜液浓度、膜厚,不同孔径的高分子膜,进科气速等因素对二硫化硫通过含浸液膜透器时通量的景影响,分析各种因素对二氧化硫渗透通量产生影响的原因。采用适宜的膜液及膜液浓度可使二氧化硫的渗透通量得到极大的提高。

       

      Abstract: The study of flue gas desulfurization by contained liquid membrane had been carried out. The solution of citrate, sulfite and bisulfite was used as membrane liquid respectively.The influences of membrane pore size, membrane thickness, feed gas velocity, the concentrations of membrane liquid and feed gas on permeation flux of sulfur dioxide had been observed. It was found that the permeation flux of sulfur dioxide can be greatly enhanced by the use of optimum kind of membrane solution and liquid concentration.
