    改良型湿壁塔用于化学吸收的研究——热钾碱液与催化热钾碱液吸收CO_2的速率系数测定

    • 摘要: 在常压、高温下,测定了热钾碱液、二乙撑三胺催化热钾碱液吸收CO_2的吸收速率系数(k)。讨论了温度、转化度、液体喷淋密度对k的影响,并建立了k的数学关联式。比较了改良型湿壁塔和搅拌反应器在相同实验条件下的k值,当吸收符合拟一级快反应时,两者所得的结论是一致的。

       

      Abstract: The rate coefficients of pure CO_2 absorption into hot potash solution and DETA (diethylenetriamine) catalyzed hot potash solution have been determined in a modified form of wetted-wall column under automosphere pressure and at high temperature. The concentration of potassium carbonate solution adopted is the same as in industrial practice. The influence of reaction temperature, degree of conversion of conbonate and spray den- sity of the liquid on absorption rate has been discussed and the mathematical correlation equation established. The absorption rate coefficients in a modified form of wetted-wall column and in a stirred cell have been compared under same operation conditions. It was shown that if the absorption follows the pseudo-first order and fast reaction, the result obtained in both absorbers will be identical.
