    用喷动床对不均匀浸渍载体催化剂的干燥技术

    Application of Spouted Bed in the Drying Technique of Supported Catalyst with Non-Uniform Impregnation

    • 摘要: 测定了浸渍催化剂在低床层喷动干燥器内不同床高下气速和压降的关系,建立了恒速及降速阶段的干燥动力学模型。经和烘箱及带式干燥器对比,证明低床层喷动床具有快速、均匀的干燥性能及表面脱粉作用,并可抑制干燥对浸渍法制备的催化剂活性分布的影响。
