    Syntheses of Cyclohexane Intermediates and Ester Series Liquid Crystal

    • 摘要: 本文以苯甲醚为原料合成4-正烷基苯酚(1),产率比以苯酚为原料的方法提高15%。(1)经催化加氢得到的4-正烷基环己醇(2),经气相色谱分析,主要产物为反式异构体。用相转移催化的方法将(2)转化为4-氯烷基环己烷(3),经格氏试剂合成得4-烷基环己基甲酸(4)。以(2)和(4)为原料合成了四种酯类液晶。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, 4-alkyl phenols(1)are synthesized from anisole, as compared with phenol used as starting material, the yield has increased by 15%. (1) are hydrogenized with Raney Ni catalyst give 4-alkyl cyclohexanols(2), the major product is transisomer through gas chromatography analysis. 4-chloro alkyl cyclohexanes (3) are synthesized from (2) with phase transfer catalyst and 4-alkyl cyclohexane carboxylic acids (4) are synthesized from Gringnard reagents of (3). The four ester series liquid crystals are synthesized from (2) and (4).
