    Synthesis of High Molecular Weight Poly(oxy-1,4-phenyleneterephthaloyl- 1,4 - phenylene)

    • 摘要: 以1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂、AlCl_3为催化剂、Lewis碱为添加剂,在30℃下使二苯醚和对苯二甲酰氯经傅氏亲电取代反应,制得了特性粘度达0.80~1.65的高分子量文题产物(聚芳醚酮(PEK)。其最佳的单体初浓度为7%(wt/V),反应时间14 h以上,AlCl_3用量为理论量的150%。

       

      Abstract: By the Friedel-Crafts electrophilic substitution of diphenyl ether and terephthaloyl chloride, with 1,2-dichloroethane as solvent, AlCl_3 as catalyst and Lewis alkali as additive, high molecuhr weight title product i. e. polyaryletherketone, PEK with intrinsic viscosities ranging from 0.8 to 1.65 was prepared. The optimum initial concentration of the monomer is 7% (wt/v), the reaction time is more than 14h, the amount of AlCl_3 is 150% of the theoretical amount.
