    超声波测厚仪测量螺栓载荷的研究

    Experimental Investigation of Bolt Loads Measured by Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

    • 摘要: 提出了使用超声波测厚仪测量螺栓载荷的计算公式,从螺栓标定和检测的实验得到螺栓系数K值,分析了影响K值的主要因素。试验结果表明,改设声速微调器后的CCH-30型超声波测厚仪,可满足螺栓标定和检测的要求。

       

      Abstract: This paper presents a formula for estimating the bolt loads measured by uitrasonic thickness gauge and gives the bolt coefficient from the calibration of bolts and the control experiments, furthmore, the primary factors affecting K were analyzed. The test results show that ultrasonic thickness gauge after installing a sonic trimmer can satisfy the requirement for the calibration and monitor of bolts.
