    • 摘要: 通过扭转动态力学、层间剪切强度(ILSS)、微量冲击、SEM等研究发现,未处理碳纤维复合材料的界面结合强度已经弱到不能有效传递载荷的地步,而100nm厚接技碳纤维复合材料却具有优良的整体性和ILSS,在冲击过程中有足够的弹性承载能力和一定的纤维拔出与界面脱粘可能,从而有较高的抗冲击性能。氧等离子处理纤维复合材料的界面结合过强,冲击时几乎没有纤维拔出和滑移,也就没有很高的杭冲击能力和ILSS。

       

      Abstract: Based on the researches of torsional dynamic mechanics interlaminated shearstrength(ILSS),microimpact test,SEM ect,it is found that the bonding strength of the in-terface of the composite reinforced by untreated fiber is too weak to transfer the load effec-tively.The composite reinforced by the fiber,grafted with the polymers 100nm in thickness,has not only excellent.entire properties,but also outstanding ILSS.And the interface of thecomposite has not only enough elastic ability to bear the impact load but also the ability topermit the fiber to be pulled out from the matrix and to slide on the interface while impact-ing.On the other hand,the interface bonding of the composite reinforced by the fiber treatedwith plasma is so strong that there are hardly any pulling out from matrix and sliding on theinterface for the fiber while impacting.Therefore,it has no best anti-impact properties and ILSS.
