    Comparison of L-lysine Ultrafiltration Kinetics between Hollow-fiber Membrane and Plate Membrane

    • 摘要: 分别在中空纤维膜和平板膜中考察了L-赖氨酸超滤动力学,结果表明:中空纤维膜的过滤通量大于平板膜,总过滤时间正相反;L-赖氨酸超滤动力学可以拟合为浓差极化-凝胶层模型,中空纤维膜较平板膜更符合此模型。

       

      Abstract: The ultrafiltration kinetics of L-lysine is studied in the hollow-fiber membrane and the plate membrane respectively. As a result, the filtration fluxes of hollow-fiber membrane are far larger than those of plate membrane. Compared with that of the plate membrane, the ultrafiltration kinetics of the hollow-fiber membrane is more in accord with concentration polarization-gel layer model into which the ultrafiltration kinetics of L-lysine is fitted.
