    乙烯直接氧化制醋酸反应平衡与热效应分析

    Analysis of Reaction Equilibrium and Heat Effect of Ethylene Oxidation to Acetic Acid

    • 摘要: 对乙烯直接氧化制醋酸反应体系进行了物料衡算,导出了转化率和选择率的表达式,并对反应平衡及热效应进行了分析。结果表明,该反应体系伴有强放热深度氧化副反应,选择率的提高有利于降低反应热效应,采用异形催化剂能够改善催化剂床层的传热性能。

       

      Abstract: Oxidation of ethylene to acetic acid is a new technology developed recently. Study on this new technology has great influence on the ethylene acetic aldehyde acetic acid technology used in China. This paper analyzed the mass balance of ethylene oxidation to acetic acid. The expressions of converstion and selectivity were got. The analysis of reaction equilibrium and heat effect shows that it is a system with deep oxidation subsidiary reaction and the reaction heat of subsidiary reaction is greater than that of ethylene oxidation to acetic acid. So the increasing of selectivity is helpful to decreasing the reaction heat. Irregular shape catalyst of through holes is beneficial to increasing selectivity and modifying the transition of heat in catalyst bed.
