Abstract:
This paper represents a numerical method to simulate the complex heat transfer in a radiant metal recuperator.Solutions are obtained for the radiant heat transfer between flue gas and the gray cylinder by using Monte Calor method.The temperature distributions of flue gas,air and the surfaces of cylinders are caculated at different parameters.The influences of the temperature of flue gas,cylinder diameter and the space between the inner and outer cylinders on the effect of heat transfet are also discussed through comparing these resultes.
