    石墨双向吸附特性的研究

    Investigation of Double Adsorption Properties of Graphite

    • 摘要: 使用高压匀浆泵制备出具有同时吸附长链正构烷烃和稠环芳烃能力的石墨吸附剂。借助于气相色谱、紫外光谱对吸附剂吸附能力进行了探讨,推导出等温吸附平衡方程,计算了等温吸附的平衡常数K(1400~40250)和标准自由焓变(-17~-26kJ/mol),证明了石墨吸附剂具有双向吸附能力。对影响石墨吸附的因素:吸附时间、温度、固液比、粒度及分散度进行了研究,认为石墨的粒度及分散度是影响石墨吸附的主要因素。

       

      Abstract: The adsorbents of synthetic graphite which can adsorb both long chain nparaffins and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were prepared by the use of high pressure homogenizer. By the aid of gas chromatography and UV spectrometry, the adsorption ability of adsorbent has been studied and the equilibrium equation of isothermal adsorption has been deduced. The equilibrium constant K (1400 to 4025) and the standard free energy of adsorption (-17 to-26kJ/mol) have been calculated. It has been proved that the synthetic graphite adsorbent has ability of double adsorption. B esides, the factors which affect adsorption ability i. e., adsorption time, temperature, ratio of solid to liquid, size and dispersion degree have been discussed. The result shows that the size and dispersion degree are primary factors which affect the adsorption ability of graphite.
