Abstract:
To meet some special requirements in the industrial application, such as low cost and easy expanding of application scope, a new wireless temperature transducer is designed, which uses WIA networks of independent intellectual property rights. According to the type of sensor, temperature measurement circuit is selected by analog switch, and Pt100 is designed to compensate the cold terminal of the thermocouple. The wireless transmission about temperature data is achieved, including the hardware design, e.g., the unit of analog to digital, power circuit, and the interface, and the software design, e.g., the main program, communication and AD acquisition program. The transducer supports the Modbus protocol. The test results show that this transducer has stable communication capability and low power consumption, which meet the design requirements.
