    滑动面微观球面纹理对滑动轴承性能的影响

    Effects of Micro Spherical Surface Texture on the Performance of Journal Bearings

    • 摘要: 根据现有加工手段,选择具有球面纹理的滑动轴承为研究对象,构建了能够对具有规则球面纹理表面的滑动轴承进行数值模拟的计算模型,运用Matlab软件编程,系统研究了球面纹理对滑动轴承的性能影响规律,以及球面纹理几何尺寸变化对滑动轴承性能的影响,得出了具体的规律性的影响曲线,并对这些曲线进行了分析。

       

      Abstract: A large number of studies have demonstrated that micro surface texture can affect the lubrication performance of journal bearings. Some microcosmic texturing structures of sliding surfaces can be produced with the surface micromachining technology. Based on the existing surface texture structures, the journal bearing which has spherical texturing surface is taken as the research objective to establish a calculating model. By numerically simulating with the finite difference method, effects of spherical texturing on the performance of the journal bearing are studied systematically and various factors are analyzed. A series of performance influence curves were obtained and explained.
