    PEG-modified Penicillin Acylase and Its Partitioning in Aqueous Two-phase Bioconversion System

    • 摘要: 厅用对甲苯磺酰氯法,用聚乙二醇对青霉素酰化酶进行化学修饰,修饰酶的比活为未修饰酶的75%,稳定性比游离酶有了很大提高。酶在带修饰酶的聚乙二醇与葡聚糖组成的两水相体系中的分配系数为25。

       

      Abstract: Polyethyleneglycol (PEG) activated by tosyl chloride was used to modify penicillin acylase (PAC). The stability of the PEG PAC was much better than the free PAC. The activity of the modified enzyme was 75% of free enzyme. The partition of PEG PAC in aqueous two phase system was investigated. The modified penicillin acylase was mainly present in the PEG phase in a PEG dextran aqueous two phase system, and the partition coefficient was 25.
