    Development of Data Acquisition System Used for the Study of Multi-level Phenomena in Bioreactor

    • 摘要: 本文针对生物反应器中活体细胞大规模培养过程中多尺度问题,重点讨论了有关数据采集系统的研制,其中包括参数与传感器系统配置与要求,计算机软硬件配置与设计,以及过程数据远程通讯技术等。并根据以上原理设计制造了专门用于生物反应器中多尺度问题研究的实验室FUS—50L(A)新概念发酵罐,并研制了中试与生产规模数据采集系统。本装置用于不同发酵产品的过程优化时,发现了一些过去以单尺度观点研究时容易忽略的问题,改进后的系统使发酵水平大幅度提高。

       

      Abstract: Development of data acquisition system used for the study of multi level phenomena in bioreactor was investigated systematically. It consists of selection of parameters and sensors, computer hardware and software configuration and remote message processing technology. The 50 L novel bioreactor named as FUS 50L(A) was designed and the data acquisition system for both pilot and production scales was developed according to the proposed principle. When the newly developed bioreactor and data acquisition system had been applied to the fermentation process optimization, the great increase of fermentation productivity had been obtained.
