Abstract:
Development of data acquisition system used for the study of multi level phenomena in bioreactor was investigated systematically. It consists of selection of parameters and sensors, computer hardware and software configuration and remote message processing technology. The 50 L novel bioreactor named as FUS 50L(A) was designed and the data acquisition system for both pilot and production scales was developed according to the proposed principle. When the newly developed bioreactor and data acquisition system had been applied to the fermentation process optimization, the great increase of fermentation productivity had been obtained.
