    Finite Element Analysis of Radial Tire with Complex Tread Pattern

    • 摘要: 以12.00R20型全钢丝载重子午线轮胎为参考轮胎,使用组合二次周向保角映射建模法,建立了轮胎的三维有限元模型。采用通用有限元软件ABAQUS,对该模型进行了静负荷工况及稳态滚动工况下的接地性能分析,并对稳态滚动工况下花纹沟闭合情况进行了初步研究,为轮胎的胎面花纹设计提供了理论参考。

       

      Abstract: A threedimensional finite element model of all steel radial truck tire 12.00R20 which considering the complex tread pattern was established using circumferential conformal mapping method.The contact pressure distribution and friction stress distribution are studied for the tire with standard pressure and load in the cases of static loading, free rolling, traction and braking. The closed area of pattern groove at different rolling operating conditions was also investigated.
