摘要: 对中间换热式氨合成塔触媒层建立了一维非均相数学模型,利用含钴催化剂动力学方程对该塔进行了优化设计及优化操作的模拟计算,得出了最佳工艺参数,分析了负荷及氢氮比对最大生产强度的影响。Abstract: One dimensional heterogeneous mathematical model of internally exchanged ammonia converter was established. Simulating calculation of optimum design and optimum operation was carried out with the aid of kinetics equation of Co-based catalyst and the optimum process parameters were obstaincd. The effects of loads and ratio of hydrogen to nitrogen on maximum production strength were analyzed.
