基于参数相关分析的头孢菌素C发酵过程溶氧调控策略

摘要: 运用多参数检测的生物反应器及其相关计算机软、硬件技术,对头孢菌素C发酵过程中表征细胞代谢的宏观代谢特征参数进行了检测与相关性分析,表明发酵前期菌体形态分化有利于增加溶氧,膨大、断裂菌丝的形成能够启动头孢菌素C合成;发酵中期添加豆油为菌体提供碳源、同时兼作消泡剂,发酵后期添加豆油仅起消泡剂作用。在以上分析的基础上从过程理论上提出了头孢菌素C发酵中溶氧控制的策略。Abstract: A 50 L bioreactor with multi-parameter monitoring and control function was employed in this paper to analyze the metabolic characteristics of cephalosporin C fermentation.It was shown that strain morphological differentiation at early stage was favourable for the increase of dissolved oxygen,and the formation of swollen and fragmented mycelium could initiate cephalosporin C synthesis. Soybean oil fed in the middle phase of fermentation was used as carbon source and anti-foam agent,whereas in the late phase of fermentation it served only as antifoam agent.The dissolved oxygen regulation strategy was proposed according to the association analysis of multi-parameters.
