甲醇-乙二醇二元混合液密度和粘度的测定及关联
Determination and Correlation of the Densities and Viscosities of Methanol-Glycol Binary Mixtures

摘要: 利用比重瓶和乌氏粘度计,测定了288.15~303.15 K条件下甲醇-乙二醇二元混合液的密度和粘度,并拟合了密度、粘度与组成和温度的计算方程。分别计算了超额摩尔体积和超额粘度,在实验温度范围内,超额摩尔体积和超额粘度均为负值,说明甲醇与乙二醇混合产生负偏差,不同温度下的超额摩尔体积与组成的关系可以用多项式进行回归,超额粘度与组成的关系可以用Redlich-Kister方程进行关联回归。本文结果为工程设计提供了参考依据。Abstract: Densities and viscosities of methanol and glycol mixtures at 288. 154303. 15 K were measured using calibrated pycnometer and Ubbelohde-type capillary viscometer. Excess molar volumes and excess viscosities of the binary system were calculated respectively and were found negative for all compositions and temperatures under investigation. The excess molar volumes were related to compositions by polynomial regression and the excess viscosities were related to compositions by Redlick-Kister equation.
