摘要: 介绍了一种简单而又具有较高性能的功函数自动跟踪测量方法。利用低能电子枪作为阴极,样品作为阳极,组成真空二极管系统,用电子电路进行反馈控制,使样品电流恒定在拒斥场区,用X、Y记录仪跟踪监测阳极电压变化,从而获得样品功函数的变化。应用此系统于超导样品YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)的表面特性研究,获得了样品在Ar~+离子枪清洗后表面氧吸附的特性。Abstract: This paper introduces a simple tracking system of measuring work function with good quality. The system includes a vacuum diode, with a low-energy electron gun as the cathode and a sample as the anode, and a feedback circuit of controlling the sample current at a constant value within retarding field. The anode voltage is monitored by X-Y recorder, Thus, the variation of the work function of the sample can be obtained. This system is applied to the study of surface states of YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x) and the oxygen-adsorbing characteristic of the sample is obtained.
