    Optimising Design of Regenerators in a Gas-Fired Glass Furnace

    • 摘要: 应用最优化原理及计算机技术提出了文题数学模型。解决了玻璃熔窑的空气、煤气两蓄热室烟气流量和换热面积最佳分配问题,给出了空气、煤气蓄热室结构参数等条件,为实现蓄热室优化设计打下了基础。

       

      Abstract: The optimum distribution problems about the transfer-heat area and the bumed-gas flowing volume in the regeneralors of a gas-fired glass furnace were solved by optimisingprinciples and computer technique.The structure of air and gas regenerators,the pre-heatingtemperature of air and gas,and the burned-gas temperature at leaving regeneralor under optimumconditions were given,The optimising design results can further decrease the consumption ofenergy of glass furnace.
