    轧辊冷却用扇形喷嘴的射流性能

    Performance of Flat Fan Nozzle Jet Used in Roll Cooling System

    • 摘要: 扇形喷嘴是轧辊冷却系统中的核心元件,但目前对扇形喷嘴的射流速度和流量分布的研究尚不够深入。在对轧辊冷却用喷嘴理论研究的基础上,建立了喷口的数学模型,并利用成熟的圆形湍流自由射流理论分析确定了射流边界和射流流量分布计算模型。以GYQ 1981 B1型扇形喷嘴为例,进行了具体的计算。利用自行设计的扇形喷嘴实验台对该喷嘴各项射流指标进行了试验测试,试验结果与理论分析结果具有良好的一致性。

       

      Abstract: Flat fan nozzle is the key component in roll cooling system, but the researches on the velocity and flow distribution of flat fan nozzle jets are not enough yet. Based on the theoretical studies on nozzles, a mathematical model of the jet geometric shape is established. The jet boundary is calculated and the flow distribution of flat fan nozzle is also obtained by using the fully formed circle free jet theory. Taking the GYQ 1981 B1 nozzle as an example, the calculations for the jet are done in detail. A test rig was developed, the jet performance of this nozzle is experimented by this rig, and the experimental results are found to fit the calculated results well.
