    方酸染料太阳能电池的研究

    Study on solar cell of squarylium dyes

    • 摘要: 对八个含方酸结构的菁染料所构成的Schottky势垒型的太阳能电池,研究了其结构与光电参量之间的关系,並与无机材料太阳能电池的光电参量作了类比,以探索提高光电转换效率的途经。

       

      Abstract: Some sehottky barrier solar cells were constructed of eight cyanine dyes which containing the structural element of squaric acid. The relationship between the constitution of the dyes and their photoelectric parameters were studied. To look for the way of raising the photoelectric conversion efficiency, the properties of the cells werecompared with those of mineral solar cells.
