    Preparation and Purification of BSA and Transferrin Used for Serum-free Cell Culture Media

    • 摘要: 建立了一个从成年牛血清同时制备纯化白蛋白和转铁蛋白的方法。从无血清培养基添加蛋白的角度作了纯度检测,内毒素和脂肪酸含量测定,并通过了无血清细胞培养检测。结果表明,用此方法生产的白蛋白和转铁蛋白可以用作无血清培养基添加蛋白。

       

      Abstract: This article presented a method,by which BSA and transferrin were simultane-ously separated and purified from adult bovine serum. To meet the requirements in serum-freecell culture,some quality indexes were examined,such as protein purity,endotoxin and fatty-acid contents,and compared with the products of Sigma Co.The experiments with cell cultureproved that BSA and transferrin gained by the method can successfully support animal cellgrowth when they are supplemented in serum-free medium.
