    Measuring bubble size distribution on line by photoelectric capillary probe

    • 摘要: 采用毛细管光电技术并配置微机,可快速、准确的测量气泡的尺寸分布。本文基于对毛细管光电检测器物理光学及几何光学特性的分析,提出了它的设计准则和计算公式。该测量系统的组成、信息采集接口及应用软件功能也在本文中得以阐述。本文还对毛细管中气泡尺寸随压力的变化予以校正,并给出在泡沫分离塔中的实际运行结果。

       

      Abstract: The size distribution of bubbles can be precisely and fast measured by a capillary photoelectric probe with a computer. Based On the analysis of properties of physical and geometric optics of the probe, its design criteria and calculation formula are put forward. The structure, computer interface and applied software of the system are described. The sizes of measured bubbles are also calibrated, and the experimental results in foam fractionation column are given.
