    生物质能源开发 Ⅱ 甘蔗渣无机盐催化水解动力学

    • 摘要: 用两步水解法糖化甘蔗渣。发现用1.0%FeCl_3和1.0%HCl混合液作为催化剂,即使在较低温度下就能得到相当高的还原糖产率。研究了两步法无机盐催化反应的动力学。可以用一个动力学方程式描述常压和高压下的甘蔗渣糖化反应,和实验数据拟合良好。计算了水解反应和单糖分解反应的活化能。

       

      Abstract: A mixture of 1.0% FeCl_3 and 1.0% HCI is found to be the best catalyst for saccharification of bagasse by two-step hydrolysis reaction, in which even at low tempera-ture the yield of sugar is high. Reaction kinetics of bagasse hydrolysis is studied with in-organic salts as catalyst. Kinetic equation is obtained which is Suitable for describing the saccharification reaction of bagasse at both atmospheric and high pressure. Also this equa-tion correlates experimental data very well. Activation energies are calculated for saccha-rification of bagasse and decomposition of sugar.
