    超细ATO水浆的分散性及稳定性

    Dispersability and Stability of Ultrafine ATO Slurry

    • 摘要: 研究了ATO超细导电粉在水中的分散、稳定工艺,讨论了pH值、分散剂的种类、添加量、分散方式等参数对制备ATO水浆的影响。通过粒径测定、透射电镜的观察及沉降实验,对各种影响条件进行优化筛选,最终 制得分解性、稳定性均较好的超过ATO水浆。

       

      Abstract: The technology of the dispersability and stability of ultrafine ATO conductive powder in water, as well as the influence of those parameters such as the types of dispersants and the adding amount, pH value and methods of dispersion on the preparation of ATO slurry, was discussed. The influencing factors can be optimized by diameter measurement, TEM observation and sedimentation experiment, and thus ATO slurry with good dispersability and stability can be finally obtained.
