    An Improved Indoor Wireless High Precision Positioning Based on MUSIC Algorithm

    • 摘要: 室内定位在一些特定场合的实用性和必要性已经日趋显著,其应用前景广阔,研究意义非常大。但是目前基于传统RSSI的定位算法不能满足室内定位的要求。针对RSSI测量方法误差较大的问题,提出用MUSIC算法估计信号的波达方向。传统的MUSIC算法只能对非相干信号进行DOA估计,但在室内环境中,存在严重的多径效应,MUSIC算法将会失效。通过构建Toeplitz矩阵,达到去相关的目的,从而对多信号的波达方向做出正确的估计。

       

      Abstract: Indoor positioning in certain occasions has a widely application. The traditional RSSI based positioning algorithm cannot meet the requirements of indoor positioning due to its larger measurement errors. In this work, the MUSIC method is proposed to estimate the direction of arrival (DOA) of signals. However, traditional MUSIC algorithm is only suitable for non coherent signal, not for the indoor environment where there exist severe multi path effects. Aiming at this shortcoming, Toeplitz matrices are constructed in this work to eliminate the relativity and obtain the correct estimate for the DOA of multi path signals.
