摘要: 通过对润滑油生产中酮-苯脱蜡结晶过程的理论分析,建立了该过程关于收率的机理模型,并对模型参数进行了估计。根据实际要求对该模型进行了简化处理。模型计算值与实际值最大相对误差为0.8%。Abstract: A mathematical model is developed, through the theoretical analysis, for the crystal system of the ketone-benzene dewaxing process in a lube oil production system. The model parameters are estimated. The results of simulation and practical operation in open-loop demonstrate that the dewaxed oil recovery can be increased by more than two percentiles which shows the model is effective and satisfactory.
