Abstract: A mathematical model is developed, through the theoretical analysis, for the crystal system of the ketone-benzene dewaxing process in a lube oil production system. The model parameters are estimated. The results of simulation and practical operation in open-loop demonstrate that the dewaxed oil recovery can be increased by more than two percentiles which shows the model is effective and satisfactory.
