    A Convenient Method for Monitoring Synthesis Process of 4,5-Diamino-6-hydroxy-2-mercaptopyrimidine

    • 摘要: 采用薄层层析法，选择两组展开剂（醋酸乙酯－石油醚和丙酮－异丙醇－氨水）对合成2－巯基－6－羟基－4，5－二氨基嘧啶的3步反应进行监测，提供了确定每步反应终点的便利方法。

       

      Abstract: A convenient method was employed to monitor every synthesis process of 4,5 diamino 6 hydroxy 2 mercaptopyrimidine by selecting two systems of component solvent (ethyl acetate petroleum and acetone isopropane ammonia) as developing reagent of TLC, respectively.
