    WB-2 Catalyst Pellet Tortuosity Factor via Chromatography with a Single Pellet Diffusion Cell

    • 摘要: 本文设计了一种新的单颗粒扩散池,建立了一套可准确测定多种规格圆柱状商品催化剂曲节因子的单颗粒色谱装置,并测得了能反映死孔影响的WB-2催化剂的曲节因子。分别用积分变换法和奇异摄动法,导出了数学模型在拉氏域内的解和时间域内的近似解析解,并用导得的解进行模型参数估值。提出了一种改进的矩分析法来估计模型参数。用模型的近似解析解模拟了模型参数和变量对下腔室流出曲线的影响,给单颗粒色谱法实验条件的选择和过程分析提供了理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Practicability of measuring the catalyst tortuosity factor on a single pellet by chromatography is investigated. Parameters are evaluated by using an integral transform technique and a single perturbation technique. An improved method of moment is provided to treat experimental data. Parameter and variable dependence of the concentrations in the lower chamber is analysed by the asymptotic solutions.An experiment apparatus which can accurately measure the tortuosity factor for many kinds of commercial catalyst pellet by single pellet chromatographic technique is set up. The tortuosity factor of WB-2 catalyst pellet is obtained with the apparatus.
