    • 摘要: 本文运用并行反应和穿梭机理讨论了液相中发生M个并行反应的化学吸收和化学解吸,进而研究了二乙醇胺和氨基乙酸双胺复合活化热钾碱液脱碳的活化反应机理,并提出机理模型。通过搅拌反应釜和三口烧瓶反应器测定了各种活化剂配比下热钾碱液的吸收和解吸速率。由实验数据回归出模型中的各个参数。为改进Benfield脱碳工艺和无毒G-V脱碳工艺提供了理论上的依据。

       

      Abstract: By using the simultaneous reaction and shuttle mechanisms, change of the chemical absorptio hand desorption in liquid phase, with M simultaneous reactions has been discussed on this bases, the mechanism of compound promotion of DEA and Glycine which are used in hot potash solution has been studied and the mathematical models were given. To measure the rates of absorption or desorption of CO_2 in modified potash solution containing different amount of promoters, an experimental study was done in an absorption cell with a stirring device or a desorption flask of three mouths. Parameters of mathematical models have been obtained by the regression analysis on the experimental data. The above study might provide guidance for the improvement of the Benfield technology and the nonpoiso-nous G-V technology.
