Abstract: In the microcarrier culture of Vero cells,the growth after beads to beads inoculation under dynamic condition was investigated and the mechanisms of cell transfer from beads to besds were proposed.Compared with the inoculation by suspended cells,the specific growth rate and the propagation number of the Vero cells were relatively smaller in the batch culture process by beads to beads inoculation.The availability of beads to beads in dynamic state was discussed.
