    Adsorption Behavior of Collagen on PLA Film Using Quartz Crystal Microbalance

    • 摘要: 采用石英晶体微天平(QCM)研究了胶原蛋白在聚乳酸(PLA)表面的吸附,系统地探讨了胶原蛋白在聚乳酸表面的吸附过程,考察了缓冲溶液的离子强度和pH对胶原蛋白吸附的影响。结果表明:胶原蛋白在聚乳酸表面的吸附量随着离子强度的增大先增加后减少,离子强度对不同来源胶原蛋白吸附量的影响差别明显;pH对胶原蛋白的吸附量的影响非常大,在pH略小于等电点处吸附量最大;原子力显微镜(AFM)观察表明不同来源的胶原蛋白在聚乳酸表面吸附层结构差异显著。

       

      Abstract: The process of collagen adsorbed on poly-lactic acid (PLA) surface was systematically studied by quartz crystal microbalance (QCM).The effects of ionic strength and pH were investigated. The results indicate that the adsorption amount of collagen firstly increases and then decreases with the increasing ionic strength. The ionic strength has different impact on the adsorption amount of collagen from various sources. The adsorption amount varies with pH; pH for the peak adsorption amount is slightly smaller than that at the isoelectric point. Atomic force microscopy images show that the structures of adsorption collagen layer from various sources are completely different.
