    基于遗传算法的矿山用泵机组优化运行

    Optimal Operation of Mine Pump Units Based on Genetic Algorithms

    • 摘要: 针对矿山用泵机组在运行过程中功耗过大的问题,以机组中各泵的流量为自变量,以总流量、单台泵流量、泵开启台数为约束条件,以电机的总输入功率最小为目标函数,建立了矿山用泵机组优化运行的数学模型。利用遗传算法得到泵机组在给定总流量下的最优流量分配,使其经济运行,并改善了泵机组粗调或不调的现状。

       

      Abstract: Due to the problem of large power consumption of mine pump units during operation, a mathematical model is established to improve the operation efficiency of the pump units. In this model, the total flow, single pump flow rate and numbers of open pump sets are chosen as the constraint conditions of the mathematical model, the ratio of the actual flow rate is chosen as the variable independent, while the minimum total input power of the dynamos is treated as the objective function of the operational model of the pump units. Genetic algorithms are used to optimize the operation mode of the pump units in order to make the pump units operate economically and reduce the inefficient pump adjustment.
