聚醚多元醇大单体与苯乙烯接枝共聚物的合成、分离与鉴定

摘要: 研究了聚醚多元醇与顺丁烯二酸酐合成聚醚大单体(乙二醇封端)的反应条件,产物用UV和FT-IR鉴定。将聚醚大单体与苯乙烯共聚成接枝聚醚多元醇,并进行了分离,然后通过FT-IR和~1H-NMR表征。考察了不同引发体系对上述共聚反应的影响,发现用过氧化二苯甲酰/二甲基苯胺使共聚反应在较低温度下进行时,可较明显地提高苯乙烯的接枝效率,共聚反应受扩散影响。Abstract: The polyol macromers were prepared by esterification reaction of polyol and maleic anhydride under a variety of temperatures and reaction times, and were charactrized by UV and FT-IR. The graft copolymers were synthesized by free radical copolymerization of these macromers and styrene. The products of graft copolymer were separated carefully and characterized by FT-IR and ~1H-NMR. The experimental data showed that the graft efficiency of styrene for these copolymerization systems is appreciably increased with decreasing the temperature. For using a redox system(BPO/DMA) at a low temperature (303K), the graft efficiency of styrene was as high as 0.58 observed.
