    活性污泥作为气化用型煤粘结剂——污泥在粉煤中的分散性与型煤质量的关系

    • 摘要: 研究了活性污泥在粉煤中分散性的影响因素,以及分散性对气化用型煤质量的影响。研究结果表明,活性污泥在粉煤中分散性主要取决于煤/泥比和搅拌强度;活性污泥在粉煤中分散得越充分,得到的型煤强度越高,型煤强度的离散性也越小,相应型煤气化活性越高,残留灰渣中碳含量也越低。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, effect of dispersion rate on briquet quality and different factors which influence dispersion rate of sewage sludge in fine coal were studied. The results showed that the dispersion rate of sewage sludge in fine coal depends on the ratio of fine coal/sewage and the agitating strength. It was found that the more completely sewage disperses in fine coal, the higher strength the briquet has and the less dispersion rate of briquet strength results. The higher gasification activity of briquet causes the lower carbon content in the residential ash after gasification.
