    Expert Control System for Rectifying Column System in Ethylene Production

    • 摘要: 根据乙烯精馏工艺操作经验和智能控制、先进控制理论,开发了基于常规控制与产品质量软测量模型的专家控制系统.该专家系统采用专家操作经验间歇式地调节回流比和灵敏板温度设定值来达到提高产量、降低能耗的目标,为此必须在保证产品质量的前提下尽可能地接近合格线,使操作控制在质量"卡边"水平上,从而减小回流比(增加产量),减少塔釜加热量(降低能耗).将专家系统原理和DCS实时通讯能力及开发平台结合起来,充分利用系统软硬件资源,开发出具有集专家经验知识工艺机理,具有实时性、开放性等特点的专家控制系统,经工程投运达到预期的节能目标.

       

      Abstract: The authors develope an expert control system by applying intelligence control principle,advanced control principle and the craft operation experience.This expert control system is based on the normal regulations control project and the soft-sensing model of product composition.According to the experience of experts,this expert control system intermittently regulates the set points of reflux ratio and sensitive plate temperature so as to reduce energy consumption and raise ethylene collection efficiency.The system must work under the premise that guarantees the product quantity near to the qualified line possibly,and makes operation control on the level of quantity qualified.Thus,the expert control system can decrease reflux ratio(increasing yield)and reduce heat consumption of reboiler(reducing energy consumption).By combining the real-time communication ability,exploitation condition of DCS and the principle of expert system,and making use of the soft and hardware resources of system,we have developed a real-time and open expert control system that is based on the experience knowledge,the craft mechanism.(Anticipant) economy energy object is obtained through the engineering implement.
