    Investigation on Sodium Deposition in Amorphous NaI-Na_2O-B_2O_3 Solid Electrolyte with AES and Work Function Apparatus

    • 摘要: 借助俄歇电子能谱仪以及功函数跟踪测量系统,研究了非晶快离子导体NaI-Na_2O-B_2O_3系中钠沉积现象,给出了非晶钠快离子导体表面沉积过程中钠的峰-峰高和逸出功随时间变化曲线,同时,进行了理论拟合和金相显微摄影。实验结果表明,非晶钠快离子导体中钠沉积规律符合沉积动力学方程式。

       

      Abstract: The sodium deposition in amorphous NaI-Na_2O-B_2O_3 solid electrolyte was inves- tigated by using auger electron spectroscopy and work function apparatus. The auger peak-to-peak and work function variation during the deposition were measured, and the theoretic curve and metallograph were also presented. It was found that the extperimental results fit well with dynamic equation in the deposition.
