    Research on Ceramic Coating Technique by Thermite Reaction Fusion Adhesion Process

    • 摘要: 采用铝热反应熔附成型技术在普通碳素钢管内壁涂覆一层较为均匀致密的陶瓷层。分析了烯释剂添加量和粉体充填密度对反应蔓延速度以陶瓷涂层厚度的影响。

       

      Abstract: The carbon steel pipe was lined with a uniform dense and thick ceramic coating on its inner surface by the thermite reaction fusion adhesion process. The influence of di luent and powder packing density on reaction propagating velocity and the thickness of ceramic coating was analyzed.
