    碳基固体酸催化酯交换反应合成长碳链脂肪酸酯

    Synthesis of Long Chain Fatty Acid Esters by Transesterification Using Carbon Based Solid Acid Catalyst

    • 摘要: 在常压、氮气气氛条件下,以糠醛和羟乙基磺酸为原料,通过加热反应制备了一种磺酸化碳基固体酸催化剂并对其进行了表征。用该碳基固体酸催化月桂酸甲酯和正丁醇的酯交换反应,考察了催化酯交换反应的最优条件。实验结果表明:反应温度120 ℃、反应时间12 h、催化剂用量0.02 g/mmol为最佳反应条件,在此酯交换反应条件下月桂酸甲酯的转化率达到95.1%,并合成了一系列长碳链脂肪酸酯,收率良好。催化剂重复使用10次,其催化活性基本不降低。

       

      Abstract: Carbon based solid acid catalyst functionalized with sulfonic acid groups was synthesized under atmospheric nitrogen atmosphere using furaldehyde and 2 hydroxyethanesulphonic acid as raw materials and its characteristics were studied. The catalyst was used in transesterification of methyl laurate with n butanol. The optimum reaction conditions of the transesterification were studied. The results show that the transesterification ratio of methyl laurate reach 95.1% under the optimum reaction conditions as follows:reaction temperature 120 ℃, reaction time 12 h, the amount of catalyst 0.02 g/mmol. Extended reactions were also carried out in high yield. The catalyst was reused for 10 times while the ratio of transesterification would not decrease.
