    • 摘要: 介绍了在弹性范围内二维粘接结构应力场的边界元分析。和有限元相比,可减少计算工作量,且可方便地计算界面应力。把粘接结构分为三个子区域,采用线性单元或二次单元建立子区域的边界元方程,再根据界面条件,建立了粘接结构的边界元方程;提出了子域法求解胶层内部应力场的方法。对双搭接接头进行了边界元应力分析,并和有限元结果进行了对比,从而证实本文方法的有效性。

       

      Abstract: The boundary element method (BEM) is applied to the stress analyses of two dimensional adhesive-bonded structure in elastic scope. Its advantages over finite element method for adhesive-bonded structure lie in less amount of calculating work and effectiveness of analyzing interracial stresses. In this paper the system of adhesive-bonded structure is derided into three subregions, for each of which boundary integral equations are established by using linear and quadratic isoparametric elements. The boundary integral equations for the system of adhesive-bonded structure are formulated on the basis of interracial conditions and the boundary integral equations for each subregion. It is also presented in this paper that the stresses inside adhesive layer can be worked out by the same subregion technique. The BEM technique for adhesive-bonded structure proves valid by comparing the stress distribution for double lap joint calculated in this paper with that calculated by finite element method.
