    Analysis of Overlapping Chromatographic Peaks Based on Quadratic Differential and Wavelet Transform

    • 摘要: 色谱峰重叠现象的存在给化学成分的定性和定量分析带来了很多困难。利用小波变换的时域多分辨率特性可以较好地对重叠峰做出分离,但当色谱重叠峰的分离度较低时,分辨效果不佳。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于二次微分和小波变换的色谱重叠峰处理方法。仿真结果表明:本文方法在处理较低分离度的色谱重叠峰时具有明显优势。

       

      Abstract: Abstract: The phenomena of overlapping chromatographic peaks may make the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the chemical composition become difficult. Although the wavelet transform can make a better separation on overlapping peaks by using its multi resolution characteristics in the time domain, the performance will degrade for the case that the separation degree of overlapping chromatographic peaks is low. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a method based on quadratic differential and wavelet transform. It is shown from simulation results that the proposed method can effectively deal with the overlapping chromatographic peaks with lower desgrees.
