摘要: SIP是基于IP的语音通讯体系结构的标准之一，本文通过对SIP协议的研究，提出在Web的客户端浏览器上用Java来实现SIP协议的客户端用户代理部分。

Abstract: SIP is one of infrastructure standards of voice over IP. The related techniques of SIP protocol and their implementation on Web are discussed. Finally, Java is used to program a SIP client as an applet running on browser.
