    • 摘要: 研究了固定化L-天冬酰胺酶连续化血浆过程,提出描述固定化酶连续催化过程的反应动力学模型,得到的拟合曲线能够和实验值较好地吻合,表明该数学模型能适用于类似血浆的生物流体

       

      Abstract: The continuous purification of serum by immobilized Lasparaginase is studied. A mathematical description for continuous catalysis process of immobilized Lasparaginase is established. The obtained calculated curve is in good agreement with experimental data, and it is suggested that the proposed model is suitable for biofluid such as serum.
